Lemelin Campaign Officially in Motion

Ok fellas, as the 3rd season of the Pound draws near closer and closer, I'm sure some of us are anxious to get the ball rolling on the off season tasks that need to be taken care of.  It looks like the major topic at hand right now is the next Coaching position.  As most of you know, I am very interested in taking over the reigns.  Some may doubt my capabilities and think that I'm not right for the job.  Go ahead and doubt me, I've been an underdog my whole life and am always up for the challenge.

As a candidate, this is why I think I should be get the nod:

THE TOP 5 REASONS
1) EXPERIENCE 2) LEADERSHIP 3) KNOWLEDGE 4) DESIRE/   MOTIVATION 5) FAIRNESS

 

Worst 5 Reasons (people think, but won't happen):

1) It will become the Dogfellas and I will have all Lemelins and A league players
2) I won't have enough time for the daily routine and can't handle it
3) People will lose their positions and I will destroy the lineup
4) I have no prior coaching experience
5) It will get to my head and I would make it a Lemelin Show

Here's an elaboration of the facts.
 
1st off:  My main role will be the final decision maker on the line-up and defense positioning.  Anything else (such as new players) will come down to a team vote and an open discussion and I would have the final say if needed.
 
1) Experience: I am a true Iron Man and an original of the Pound.  I have played for multi-teams for the past 5 years.   I have been in many situations I know how to handle and manage the game.  Fricken A -- I'm softball dude remember . . .
 
2) Leadership: I have been an integral part off and on the field when it comes to directing the team.  I've been an avid voice on our daily discussions and stuff.  I have never missed a game and will not, so i will always be there.  Both years I have had a major part with assisting the coaches. 
 
3) Knowledge: Most importantly, I KNOW this team inside and out, and can make the proper adjustments when needed.  I also have an insight to the game and over the years devoloped my playing ability to a higher level, which can feed off onto others and I want to make the TEAM better by leading by example. 
 
4) Desire to Win: If you can't see the intensity that I have and the energy I put out there, then stay in the parking lot and finish the 30 pack.
 
5) Fairness: This comes down to commitment level and tenure ship.  I come with a wrestler's background and that is the most fair sport of them all.  Anyone can challenge for any position at anytime.  If there is a challenge, a position off will be played out.

LUKE FOR COACH

I believe that I deserve a crack at this.  I have put this team 1st in front of everything during the season and I don't let anything get in my way.  My passion for the Pound is "bigger than the both of us" and I think I can make us a stronger team.  If it means that changes have to be made then so be it, I won't be bias about it and won't be afraid to make them.
