Lemelin Holding Out...Not Again

FORT MYERS, FL>Could this be true? Is Luke Lemelin pulling this "Hold Out Shit" again? The answer is yes Dog Pound Nation and for what reason? For all you long time Dog Pound Fanatics, you may recall this same act last season by Luke Lemelin. He told the team that he was sitting out because of roster moves unbecoming of the team. What is his reason this season? Same old shit.

"I've known Luke for awhile and I know his infatuation with Manny Ramirez. Every at bat in which Manny hits a home run you will soon receive a phone call from Luke Lemelin saying "ladies and Gentlemen" and the receiver responds with two options. One he says "Manwah" or two "Nice". Furthermore Luke's favorite player is undoubtedly Manny Ramirez, and look at the stunts that Manny pulls every preseason. Is this coincidence or is Luke simply following his hero's footsteps" said Bryan Riley on an interview with Peter Gammons on Baseball Tonight.

Luke put up Manny-like numbers last season with the bat and he put up Manny-like numbers with the glove as well. Most fans are used to this act by Lemelin and they would be happy to see him on the team this season, using the "Luke being Luke" excuse.

Will Luke finally come to his senses and play for the Pound this season? Like Manny Ramirez, only Luke understands what is going through that head which is well protected by 4" of thick hair. A Dog Pound insider stated that Pound executives have given Lemelin a "No-Shit" deadline to make a decision.
