WALTHAM,MA>While viewing the roster photos, perhaps you noticed Chris Doherty stumbling forward in a hotel room after a night of drinking. Perhaps you also noticed Luke Lemelin in the background, displaying his thick hairdoo as he tried to figure out whether his failure with the women that night was because his shoes weren't shiny enough. One thing you may have missed is the black and white checkered Converse All Stars on the floor. These belong to Mr. Luke Lemelin. "I like to lace them up every once in a while when I'm in a slump, whether it be with the women or in softball," Lemelin said. "A lot of people think they're ugly but I don't give a care. And I was like what's up dude?" Pounders will be hoping Lemelin doesn't slump this year, otherwise those things might come out of his closet and be on his feet during 2007 pre- and postgame drinking activities.
